Nottinghamshire Parkruns

I have always wanted to know how many parkruns reside within my local county, Nottinghamshire. There are various apps out there that have parkrun challenges, but none of them ever break it down to UK County level. (The most common is UK ‘regions’ for example East Midlands, but this is very large). So I have done it myself, and plan to do it for all counties so I can track it....

ReactJS Learning Diary #1

So if you’ve read my post about learning web development, you will be aware that my current hobby is learning full stack web development. London Marathon: Rise in Popularity

I saw recently that there were record numbers applying for the London Marathon. I myself am part of the problem as I put my name down this year 😱. And as it happens, I had previously pulled together the data on this and charted it. So here is an updated view as a Plotly chart! It almost seems to be increasing exponentially in the last few years! I wonder what the driver of its increasing popularity is?...

Sweepstake App (Website, ReactJS)
